We say: Our tester found these blush wands provided a really pretty wash of buildable, blendable coverage. We say: True to its claims, our tester found this pen provided small, hairlike strokes. She used the pen to fill in sparse areas of her brows and was pleased with how the product performed, remaining on skin without smearing or shifting and giving her brows the appearance of a definite density boost.
